About Selina Agarwal

I built the thing I couldn't find.

I have been obsessed with communication since I was ten years old. Not the performance of it. The architecture. What makes one sentence land and another disappear. Why the most qualified person in the room is so often the least remembered.

I spent years in Big 4 executive search, international corporate training, and award-winning service businesses across Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asia — watching brilliant women be systematically misread by rooms that were never designed to receive them properly.

I hold an MSc in Organisational Psychology, a LAMDA Gold Medal in Public Speaking, and NLP Master Practitioner certification. I call it Communication Architecture — because confidence is not the gap. Structure is.

Yes — but not in a performing, put-on-the-spot way. The group is small (maximum 20), the environment is professional and direct, and feedback is specific and structural — not vague encouragement. If you want transformation, the room is where it happens.
